When i boot into windows i have to cycle the power on the keyboard to get it connect !

I think Apple addressed this issue in the latest version of Boot camp with new drivers, but since I haven't tested it, I can't say for sure. I'm still using the older version of Bootcamp/drivers myself.
The instructions say this only works with Boot Camp vs 1.0.2 or later.
