Mac Mail Mailbox Behaviors does not work!

Mac Mail, High Sierra, using SpamSieve with 4 accounts.

I have Mailbox behaviors for Junk, and Trash mailboxes set to delete after 1 day, or week, or month, etc.

Nothing gets deleted! All the accounts are IMAP, and the mailboxes are all on the servers.

Accounts are Comcast, GMail, Earthlink, and iCloud, and none of them auto delete any mail?????
