Mac mail reselecting organize by conversation

hi,

Mac mail is reselecting "organize by conversation" setting automatically whenever I search something. I tried to unticking everything every mailbox every folder but somehow the app is redoing itself.

How can avoid organize by conversation unticked all the time ?
