I need your help for choosing a good monitor for my mac mini m2 pro.

I let you a comparison between Benq pd3225u (1200 euros), Benq pd3220 (1000 euros) u and Benq pd2725u (800 euros).

https://www.displayspecifications.com/en/comparison/78122aa2ff

It is worth to pay 200 more for the pd3225u model (2024) instead the Benq pd3220 (2018...pretty old dont you think?) or maybe choose the Benq pd 2725u (2021)?

Any suggestions of another models?

Thanks in advance

Is there a reason your looking at Benq monitors? Unless your planning at doing color grading or video/photo editing, there are plenty other options out there from Asus, HP, Etc.

I have a similar question regarding a monitor for my MM M2 Pro. I was considering the Innocn 32” 4K monitor from Amazon or the Alienware AW3423DWF QD OLED from Best Buy, even though that is only 1440p. I’m just not sure how the scaled resolutions will look. My current monitor is a 27” 4K Innocn. In the full 4K mode the screen is tiny so I use 1440p.

I primarily use my Mac for productivity, some photo and video editing, mid journey image creation, 3D printing. I have an HP Omen gaming PC (NVIDIA RTX 3060Ti) that would be connected to the same monitor as well, for the most part just play BeamNG Drive, Train Sim world, ATS and simulation games like that.

Thanks in advance.

I am looking Benq motinors because i know the quality of construction. I recently bought a Dell U2723qe but i received the product with a damage in the DP port, and in my country the Dell warranty policy is awfull.
So you could suggest me wich monitor could match with my mac mini m2 pro? 4k 32" will generate me really problems with the scalling?

Two of the monitors I looked at was the BenQ PD3205U and the Asus ProArt PA329CRV which are Mac ready though the ProArt had firmware updates to address the USB-C connection issue with a Mac but apparently the firmware had to be updated from a Windows PC according to Asus support site.

Unfortunately the display scaling is confusing to me, even after doing some research and I'm not sure what monitor to go with. If I use my 4K monitor at the 3840x2160 resolution then everything is tiny. If I use the 2560x1440 resolution (which I am currently doing) the MacOS upscales the the display to 5K and makes the UI at 1440p.

BEnq PD3220 is not too old in 2024? (year of manufacturing 2018). It is just coming out the Benq Pd3225 but it cost 1200 euros.
Another option is it to choice the Benq PD2725u wich reach 350 nits ans 400 with HDR. Do you belive is it poor brightness?
