Resolved Mac Mini Screen is not scaled to my LCD TV

Not sure what happened but no matter what I do, I can't set my LCD TV Screen to fit the DOCK or the Menu at the top. :eek:

RESOLVED: Went to System Preferences>Displays>Underscan-->MORE on the Underscan Ruler...:cool:
