Hi,

I'm setting up my new Mac Mini (2018) as a home file/video/etc server. Old one (2011 server) reconnected to Wifi after remote reboot withawithoutout any problem. New mini unfortunately connects to WiFi only after login which makes it unusable for remote work (I need to reboot now and then on distance).

Anyone has solution for this? I guess it's and OSX issue not Mini specific, anyway I'm posting in post threads in hope of fast resolution.

Thanks all.

p.s. - I'm super happy with original mini - upgraded to ssd and survived until now when it can not handle 4k video anymore... I hope this new one (i7) works as well...

V.

there is a setting in the system preferences/network click Wi-Fi see check box for automatically join this network os and and to join new networks is off. the other option is to tell the computer to automatically log in to the user account used.
