Mac OS X 10.7.5 and Safari 6.1.6 updates

Hi everyone!

I have an IMAC using Mac OS X Version 10.7.5 and Safari Version 6.1.6. I would like to update these versions but not sure if I should update to the latest versions or even how to update. Also not sure if updates will compromise compatibility with old versions I have of Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Adobe Illustrator CS5 as these are the main softwares I use on this computer and have many files generated by these same softwares.

Any comments will be very welcome.

Depending on your Mac model, you may not be able to upgrade. Could you find a picture online that looks just like your iMac and post it here? Based on what your iMac looks like, I can tell you whether you can upgrade or not.
