Hi all!

So I've been trawling through the interwebs looking for info on how to upgrade my mavericks install to Yosemite but if anything, I'm more confused now!

I did the install to Mavericks a couple of years ago and to be quite honest, I'm not sure exactly which process I used however I do know that I'm using the Chameleon boot loader which is on a separate HDD.

Just installed a new SSD and cloned over the existing Mavericks installation which booted with no hitches whatsoever. Now I would like to upgrade the SSD to Yosemite, preferable keeping my existing data and apps. I'm all backed up (including time machine) so could restore from time machine with fresh install (if thats possible?).

I've downloaded a copy of Yosemite through my macbook air that I will transfer over to the pro.

Chameleon Wizard Version 4.2.2

Thank you in advance for any help! This has been frying my brain for a couple of days now...
