Long story short: A guy advertised locally a 2013 Mac Pro with Dual D300 cards and a low price with the explanation that since he repasted the CPU, he gets only the boot Chime (start up) and NO VIDEO at all, black screen.
Any idea off the bat at the culprit, as I don't want to buy a useless MP ?
It could be the CPU socket, some loose connection on the reassembly, even the faulty DUAL AMD 300.
I tought that if he gets the boot chime, maybe it is GPU related.....but with sensible computer parts, it could be anything.
Any input highly appreciated, as I don't want to buy other persons problems ;-)
