Mac Pro connected with mDP cable to HDMI 2.0. Windows 10 (Bootcamp) shows 4K@60 perfectly. MacOS Monterey shows only 4K@30Hz.

Did anyone have a similar problem?

Which cable are you using? Is it an active one?
Did you check in Windows that it is actually 4K@60 RGB and not just YCbCr?
Club 3D is one of the recommended brands for this scenario.

Hi there.

I thought that the HDMI port of Mac Pro 2013 was 1.4 and would only display 4k @ 30Hz maximum whereas the TB ports would do 4k @ 60Hz. You then just need to get an active TB to HDMI adapter to be able to use it as 60Hz. I could be wrong of course, it's been a while since I looked into it for mine.

The 2013 Mac Pro only supports HDMI 1.4, so you aren't actually getting 4k at 60Hz from that port.

Yeah, you clearly stated your connection and the screenshot shows that everything is set up correctly and works as intended on Windows.
Sorry, no idea then what the problem is with Monterey.
I had the same issue with an RX570 where I had to switch to a shorter HDMI cable to get 60Hz in macOS - for whatever reason.
Maybe the gurus @joevt or @Amethyst1 can shed some light on it.
