have a 5,1 mac pro 2010, 3.33ghz 6 core 32 GB RAM i ran apple hardware test and got error code
4SNS/1 /C0000008 TelS --124
Does this indicate a temperature sensor? If so how can it be fixed?

Check your card installed on PCIe Slot 1 since this sensor, you did a typo btw, is :

Te1S = Temperature PCIe Slot 1​

If your GPU is on Slot 1, try again with another Apple EFI GPU.
