Mac Pro 5.1 (OCLP)cannot boot after restore

I have three Mac Pro 5.1 2009 I have been running Sonoma with OCLP. However, have been unable restore 2 of them with same problem. The clean install of Sonoma is successful and boots just fine. But if I restore - either from Time Machine or Carbon Cloner with same result that the boot progresses the the almost mid bar and then keeps rebooting. Have tried this with fresh install reinstalling Sonoma as well as Big Sur and Monterey. All same result, boots fine before the restore and not afterward. I can see the appropriate data file in each case. Have tried reinstalling OCLP and still not success.
