Mac seeing phantom display from Universal Control

Hi all,

I have an LG monitor physically connected to a M1 MacBook. My M1 Mini recently started showing that monitor as both connected via Universal Control and physically connected to the Mini. Disabling UC didn't fix the problem. The LG monitor is in the Displays list in Sys Prefs.

Is there a way to disconnect this without reloading the OS?
