Mac Ventura 13.6.1 saving documents to PDF uses as name always untitled.

I am using Venture 13.6.1. In the past when I saved a Word (v16.78) document to PDF it would always use the name of the document, now it uses ‘Untitled’.

Does anybody else have this? Any solutions as it is mega annoying as I do this several times a day and now need to always rewrite the name.
