Hi there - I've bought a base-level Macbook Air M3 15inch.

I've come to use Google and to login I use Titan Key (Yubikeys) to authenticate. I've plugged it in and I get a repeated error message stating no credentials found. I've used the keys on an M1 Mini, an M1 MBP and M2 MBP without any issues.

The USB ports appear to work on the MBA M3, but the keys don't work. Without these, I can't access important info to do my job. I've checked with Apple Support were not very helpful and quite rude.

Has anyone else experienced an issue like this?

FYI - the USB device shows up in the system info.

Hi Agile, I can confirm that I'm currently facing the same issue on Macbook Air M1 2020 with a usb-c Titan key. First time happening and it has been previously working just fine. Until now. Not sure what is going on here... Will follow up if I find answers.
