Hello, my MacBook Air (Early 2015) with Sierra (10.12.2) is rebooting and shutdown very slow (more than 10 minutes). How i can figure out and fix this issue?

upd. Same problem on my iMac (late 2013) with Sierra (10.12.2)

Sounds like you have some app loading on both that's not playing nice with shutdown. To confirm that boot up in Safe Mode (hold Shift key during startup) and see if restart from there is normal. If so, it's definitely an app or process causing issues.

I'd start with a scan from https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/ and if that doesn't resolve it, go through your Login Items (in System Preferences > Users & Groups); remove everything there & test - if solved add back until you find the culprit. I
