Hey all,

I recently got a Officejet j4680 printer second-hand with very little use and HP doesn’t have any drivers even close to Monterey. Someone said something about Gimp Print or 3rd party printer drivers. Does anyone know anything about this? Can this solve my problem so I don’t have to buy a new printer and ink right now?

If possible, I really can’t afford to buy a new printer and ink right now after the holidays! If there’s anyway to make this work, please help!

I just checked the list of GIMP Print drivers for HP but your HP Officejet j4680 is not listed. You might want to install the latest drivers that HP has for that printer and take a chance that they will continue to work with Monterey.

It appears the latest drivers that HP offers for that printer are for macOS 10.9.X. They may or may not work. Sorry but your Officejet is an old printer.
