Hello friends please help me. I have macbook air 2018 model. All of sudden it's keyboard and trackpad stop working. When I press D to diagnose hardware issue. It didn't found any issue. And when I press option key then my keyboard trackpad working fine. I visited apple care one says it has trackpad faulty second says it has logic board fault. Whom do I trust. Or if this is hardware issue. How can i access my keyboard trackpad in option mode. And why it didn't show in hardware diagnostics test. Which is inbuilt in all macbook.
