EDIT: Stupid HD had come loose inside the housing 
Just sorted out a new Macbook, I have the drive from the old machine in an enclosure with a USB cable which all works on my MacPro.
When I connect external drive to the new Macbook via the same USB cable the new Macbook does not recognize the drive. I want to do a migration from the external drive which came out of an old Macbook.
Any ideas on this.
