macbook, isight, and imovie question

hey ok, ive searched around and couldnt find a decent answer to this....

in imovie i can record with the isght and it shows the live picture, so the camera is working

however in playback, it just shows a white screen with no sound or picture...

am i stupid and missing something??

Use QuickTime to record the video. That should work.

thanks teg, that is my last option hopefully, i mean i will pay to upgrade if i cannot figure out this issue, maybe someone else knows whats up
