Hi all,

So I updated to OS Big Sur on my 2015 (I believe) MacBook Pro 13" last night all downloaded ok. Restarted to install, got right to the end and comes up with a start up disc error. Won't let me do anything and the harddrive isn't displayed on the screen. Tried booting it into recovery mode and the harddrive appears but it won't accept my password and I am unable to change my password as my apple Id is linked by my old number which I don't have access to anymore. I'm currently waiting to hear back from Apple to try and change my number. But has anyone got any ideas I can try to get it running again in the meantime? Or has anyone else had the same issue?

Thanks in advance guys! :)
