MacBook Pro 2017 Non-touchbar cannot find gaming box GTX 1070 after updating 10.14.1

The gaming box is completely unrecognizable after the update:
In 10.14.1, the system information showed nothing in Thunderbolt section.
In Windows 10, no matter how I plug in the box(during Windows Logo screen or after booting), nothing shown in the device manager.

I think it's because of the update of Boot ROM

What should I do now ?

I can't answer the Windows portion of things, but at this point, Nvidia has no drivers for this card in 10.14 or later, so it's not going to work in macOS unless you go back to 10.13.6.
