Hi, I started recently getting kernel panics more and more often on my mid-2012 MacBook Pro Retina 15.4''. I use this machine for development and I need it to be reliable. I seem to only get this issue while connected to external monitors, ie, when using the Nvidia GPU. Any thoughts? If I posted in the wrong place, please tell me. Thanks.

I currently have a similar issue with my 2012 rMBP (bad nvidia graphics)
I got gfxCardStatus and set it to always use integrated graphics - this solved the problem (albeit as a workaround)
