Macbook Pro Retina Mid 2012 No external Display

Hi,
I have some issue with my good old MBPr 2012.
Everytime I power it on, the screen is black, I have to close the lid for more than a minute, then the display switches on. I can't get the external display to work as well.
I reset the PRAM several times but no change.

If I recall correctly, this started to happen when I rendered a video with 100% cpu usage.
Maybe it's an overheating issue and something blew ?

Is it something that happens often with this model? Is it a known issue with this model?

I will clean up the solder joints myself.
Peeling screen + bad solders + bad refurbished fix, this MBPr is just a big flaw. Apple is so desapointing.
