MacBook stuck on Apple's logo(Not Booting)

Model: Late 2013.
OS: macOS Sierra 10.12.5

Below are the list of things I tried:

1. SMC Reset
2. PRAM RESET
3. Safe mode(failed): Stuck on Apple logo.
4. Recovery Mode(failed):
Skips showing the disk utility and starts booting again(Shows apple logo).
5. Internet Recovery mode(failed):
After showing the globe for few mins, rest all is same as the Recovery mode.

So I thought maybe it's the SSD that's dead so I plugged in my Live USB of Ubuntu and I can see all the files of my MacHD present.
