Hi there, I have a MAc 2ci and the original monitor / keyboard / mouse, and cannot find the cable PC to Monitor. Is is possible to buy the right kind of cable nowadays, or do I need the original type ( which I think is 15 pin male to 15 pin male) ?

Is this to an VGA monitor or an old Macintosh compatible monitor? For VGA you’ll need a dip switch adapter. For the old Mac monitors. You’ll need a DB15 cable. Which you can probably find a vintage Apple one for the correct color coordination.

Unless you are trying to use a monitor with composite RGB connectors. Then you’ll need something else.

Hi there, it's for an old Macintosh monitor the label says Apple High Resolution Monochrome monitor Model number MO400 , does you think this means I need the DB15 cable ?
Would this do, for instance :

That cable is "high density" or "3 row" which will not work.

The original cable should be embossed at one end with 590-4161-A
