Resolved
While trying to resize a partition, it looks like I corrupted my Macintosh HD.
OS X Mojave
Rebooting Command - R, When I look at the Disk Utilities I see the following
Internal
Apple SSD
Apple HDD
Disk Images
Apple Disk Image
OS X Base System
I load the Terminal and run the following diskutil commands
diskutil apfs list
did not recognize verb "apfs"
diskutil list
/dev/disk0
0: GUID_partition_scheme *2.0TB disk0
1: EFI EFI 209.7 mb disk0s1
2: FFFFFFFF-FFFF-FFFF-FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF 1.5TB disk0s2
I then tried to run disk repairdisk disk0
came back "The partition map appears to be ok"
I have everything backed up on Time Capsule so I can re-build if needed.
When I attempt to restore OS X the original Macintosh HD is missing
Could not find the correct solution in searching on the forum how to correctly repair.
Any help would be accepted.
Thanks
Joe
