Have a chance to purchase a IISI with monitor. I realize it's hard to diagnose without the machine but was wondering if anyone has any input on the issue and whether it's s good buy. Seller states the machine turns on and makes noise and the backlight on the monitor comes on but shows nothing. Thanks for any input you can give me.
