Hi everyone! I'm going through things in a relative's house but there appears to be boxes of old Macintosh computer equipment that have been stored in the garage. They have been there at least five years. I believe they were also transported across the country at one point. To the best of my knowledge this storage hasn't been climate controlled. My questions are
  1. Would they most likely be completely ruined at this point?
  2. Should I be concerned about any toxicity/hazards?
Thanks in advance, I'll post information on models when I can.

EDIT: model information

Mold is all I can think of. That would be pretty apparent. Unless they were stored with chemicals.

internally they could have rust, capacitor leaks and battery leaks. Which could be more likely. You can find that out when you bring them back to test them.
