When I reinstall my MacMini, I erase the hard drive and install the Tiger disc. Is it important to upgrade the ati 9200 video drivers? Are there any other drivers for the MacMini that need to be upgraded?

Software update will keep you up to date with everything, run it after you install Tiger.

On Macs (as opposed to Windows) you rarely have to worry about installing drivers unless you have a very specialised piece of hardware. I have owned my PB for 2 years and have never once downloaded a driver for it, everything just works on it (including a lot of 3rd party Hardware that Win XP SP2 doesn't recognise without a driver disk).

The only drivers I've had to install on OSX is some for my printer, only because they didnt offer a US version of the OSX drivers, so I had to search Samsungs Australian site for some OSX drivers. Nothing compared to Windows drivers for every piece of hardware. ;)

oh yes... drivers rock, I've only ever done 1 driver install with a mac, it was a microsoft wireless mouse, and it did work out of the box, but there were 2 little buttons on the side, and I needed the driver to get tem to work (it was actually a package, but whatever...
