MacOS cannot be installed

Greetings!
I wanted to ask help regarding the installation of MacOS El Capitan to Macbook Pro.

However, I cant figure out the exact problem and solution to this. The ff are the list of encountered errors as I repair this device (listed as photos):

I tried to do the diskutil secureErase to somehow solve the problem with the errors encountered everytime I erase the internal disk. But I keep running in circles.

I would make a USB installer with createinstallmedia , boot from the USB and erase the internal drive.
