MACOS can't install Steam.exe

Hi guys, I'm stuck at the steam install. I dowloaded the SteamSetup.exe and when I do command line gameportingtoolkit ~/my-game-prefix ~/Downloads/SteamSetup.exe . Nothing happened. I use M1pro 16GB. Someone please help me. I did all the steps and the time I installed the toolkit was the first 1.0 version.

an 'exe' is a windows file, you need to find the mac version (usually, a '.dmg')...

hi , yeah i know that but based on this guy when installing he doesn't need dmg. He used exe file. i will but the link here for u bro. Thanks for reply.

game porting toolkit needs both versions, the .exe windows one is executed inside what is essentially a wine wrapper
