I was running Macbook Pro with High Sierra beta 1 and upgraded to beta 2. After complete install and attempting to login with my user the progress bar gets to 100% but it never loads to my desktop. I have attempted to restart and log in with the dis user and have the same issue. I was however able to get on with the guest account...
I can't log into Safe Mode, for some reason it never loads.
I have gone into recovery mode and attempted first aid (never Finds anything).
I have gone into recovery mode and reinstalled MacOS update.
I have been unable to resolve the issue and am looking for anyone having a similar issue and may have resolved. I have another in my office having somewhat similar.
