macOS Mojave says my computer isn’t compatible, but it should be?

I have a Mac Pro 2009 flashes to 2010 with a GTX 680 Mac flashed card.
First I couldn’t get it to recognize the mouse keyboard over Bluetooth (both Apple) so I connected USB keyboard/mouse instead, which worked.

Now I got to the installer, formatted in APFS and tried to install Mojave. It says that I need to disable encryption, or make sure all graphics cards are Metal compatible.
The GTX 680 should be compatible, and I chose plain APFS.

What’s the deal here?!

Mouse/Keyboard seems to be an issue on a clean setup. Once one drive contains macOS it is solved.

I also found out that there’s a problem with 680 and Mojave installer, so I had to use a workaround.
Mac Pro 2009, I need a Metal supported GPU, 680 or 780?
