This is a general issue and gather all to one thread will be good for next releases. I upgraded to high sierra 10.13.5 from sierra 10.12.6 and immediately returned back to sierra cause of this issue. Im using my 2017 macbook pro w touchbar for home use and work presentations (interior and vector graphic designs), Slow loading pages is my main reason to downgrade, its not acceptable for presentations. Im skipping pages quickly back and forth and always saw a flashing caused by slow load
problems I encountered;
-blurry fonts
-slow loading pages
-flashing when skipping pages quickly back and forth caused by slow load

this pdf working normal in 10.12.6 except differences with converted-non converted text
if necessary i can update pdf for other situations
