Do you guys think it'll run okay? Ideally, I can get it for the Mac but who the hell knows what's become of that...

I would doubt it. I don't think Parallels supports Direct X 9.0c, or open GL which I''m sure is used in Madden 08. I'm running Fusion 1.0 and it only supports Direct X 8.1 and no Open GL.
