I have the old magic keyboard and trackpad (bluetooth) somewhere and am wondering if it will be possible to use these with my new iPad Air 5th gen on iOS16. I have heard that the trackpad doesn't work well.
I don't want a keyboard case for the iPad as I usually use it as an iPad but for when I'm traveling without my MBA it might be nice to connect the trackpad and keyboard to it but I'm not willing to buy the new magic keyboard and trackpad (I already own one pair for my iMac).
Hope that this has been resolved but wanted to check here before I went on an excursion up to the attic to locate the devices!
