Is there a way to universally enable this on iPhone? I’m not talking about accessibility magnification. This is different:

Since playing with non-iPhones I’ve learned that most other phones have an incredibly useful feature when selecting text. When you place your finger to move the selection bars, a magnification of the text appears above your finger to make it easier to see. For me it’s less about the magnification and more about seeing the text above where my finger is. Otherwise it’s really difficult to see what I’m selecting if my finger is on top of it covering it up. I’ve noticed there are a few apps on iPhone that also have this behavior but it is not the default behavior on the vast majority of stuff on the iPhone. It seems like a no-brainer essential feature. Is there any way to turn this on across the board? Thanks.
