Mail thing

When Mail starts up it says something in the Activity Viewer like "Gathering children from .........." what does this mean?

Got it all now, it says "Gathering children from local server" or something close like that.

that sounds really creepy. I went and started up my mail just to see it happen.. but it didnt. i have no I dea what that is all about or what is posessing you mac.

maybe you have a virus or some corrupted voddo thing in your computer run techtool or norton whatever you have use it now before its to late (insert laugh here)

That is just messed up. I brought mine up and it has nothing like that. Is there anything that you did to your account other than the usual? Did you add anything?
