Make hot corners harder to trigger?

I assigned shortcuts to "hot corners". The problem is it's too easy to trigger by just mousing around. Is it possible to make it harder to trigger the hot corners, like maybe longer hover time, having to hold down a modifier key?

You can use modifiers with hot corners but the way to do it is tough to discover. In the hot corners system setting, hold the modifier key you’d like to use (option, for instance) and choose the action you want from the menu.
