Making a Mac OS 7 bootdisk

I have a working performa 550 and would like to boot it up (the OS needs to be reinstalled) but I don't have a boot disk to do this. I see you can download these disks on the internet and only have a PC to put it on a floppy disk (my iMac doesn't have a floppy drive, duh). Does anyone know how to put these image files of system 7 boot disks onto floppy disks with a pc? I've tried using transmac and hsv explorer to read and write mac floppy disks but no luck.
