Hey fellas!
I have a ton of old iPhone replacement screens and I was wondering if I could attach one to a battery and make a light out of it for fun? What kind of power supply would I need? I saw a video of a guy doing it a couple of weeks ago but now I can't find the video.
Thanks!

The way apple bonds the LCDs to the backlights and the LCDs to the glass is going to make it really frustrating. There are plenty of other devices that you can get for cheap to use in a project like this. just check your local craigs list or ebay for cheap non working devices that have an LCD screen. changes are the LED backlight is still ok.
