On Windows, have a environment software that called WAMP (Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP) that can easy for beginner have a environment to development and test their web site on their computer.

I am wonder, do on Mac also have this type of Application for free or something like that?

I second that... MAMP! The free version will work fine for most web development work.

I would actually recommend XAMPP:

I think you'll find it's easier to set up that MAMP and comes with newer versions of Apache, MySQL, etc.

I don't recall setting up anything for MAMP unless you want to use XDEBUG then you uncomment one line of code in the php.ini file. As to XAMPP having newer versions of all apps... I don't believe that's correct either...
