Resolved Manually migrating Mail.app rules?

Got the accounts set up; got the email archives loaded.... but the rules still aren't showing up. I copied over MessageRules.plist, but Mail.app doesn't seem to be interested in what's in it. Is there somewhere else this stuff is kept now?

Answer: you have to also copy SyncedRules.plist and UnsyncedRules.plist
