Markup for videos?

Hi

I am wondering any good apps can do markup on videos like Apple build in ones for photo and PDF. Unfortunately they don’t have it for video. Reason for this cos I can do screen recording (awesome feature!) show how do some stuff for my parents and I want add markup and comments in video show where I press etc.

They no good cos they on Mac. Need be iOS app iPhone cos most time they text me ask help when I out and about or work etc instead when I home.
