Anyone know how to fix this even with the template my custom icns end up bigger than the rest. It's so frustrating note; parallels, Photo Booth.

The icon is so large because it takes up the entire canvas. Normally the icons leave empty space around the edges. The way I dealt with this is to open up a properly sized icon in photoshop, and on a new layer, add your icon and match it up with the other one.

I can tell you the icons look to be from the "Flat Icons" thread within the UI Customization subforum from here...

Wallpaper is nice, I agree.

I updated things even further. I think it makes sense to not have a 3d dock or any shadows.
