Should be able to do 2160p on videos that support it. I can do that on my iPad pro (2018) and iPad mini 6.

I have an iPad Air 4 and the maximum quality I see on the YouTube app is 2160p.
I think that makes sense, the resolution is 2360 x 1640, that's more than 1440, so I guess 2160 is the way to go. Thanks!
