Maxed out M1/2 Max 14” users - battery life/noise?

Can anyone with a 14” mbp with a fully maxed out M1/2 MAX Chip + fully maxed out RAM comment on battery life/fan noise?

Curious what the actual experience is for people with a fully souped up 14”. How bad is your battery life?

Do you deal with a lot of fan noise?

Issues even in a low/medium work load, or just high load?

Do you run it on low power mode on battery, and does that help much?

Can't remember if you could get more than 32GB in the 14" M1 Max, which is what I have. Battery life is amazing (12+ hour days and plenty left). I don't remember ever hearing the fan at all.

I work as a developer, so bursts of compilation and unit tests running, etc.

I don't use low power mode and it operates just as fast on battery as it does plugged in.
