I have a late 2016 MBP and when I plug it into a charger there is no charging sound, when I try to power up the unit, nothing happens. I had it connected to the charger for about an hour and it felt like the bottom of the laptop was warm indicating that the battery could be charging but im not sure. Anymore suggestions that can be provided to whats wrong or what I could do to figure out whats wrong would be greatly appreciated.

Long press the power button. I’ve had a similar experience and long pressing the power button eventually showed the Apple boot logo.

How long are we talking 10-15 seconds? Ill try this later tonight. Any other suggestions that I can try to diagnose the problem?
