I have used Open Core legacy patcher with all versions of macOS, with little to no problems (except a bit more laggy than Catalina, which was amazing).
But now, with Sonoma, it hangs/freezes occationally (2-4 times a week). Sometimes for a 1-3 minutes, other times I have to shutdown. Last time was interesting. I watched a long youtube video, and display froze, but audio kept playing. After 2min 15sec the audio also stopped (probably just played what was in the buffer).

Anything I can do to fix this?

I don't know if it is important, but:
I used Open Core to download, install and patch Sonoma. First boot after installing opencore + post-install root patches, I couldn't get past the progress bar. I found out I needed to disable uGPU:
sudo nvram FA4CE28D-B62F-4C99-9CC3-6815686E30F9:gpu-power-prefs=%01%00%00%00
That worked, and I applied the post-install root patches again, then:
sudo nvram FA4CE28D-B62F-4C99-9CC3-6815686E30F9:gpu-power-prefs=%00%00%00%00
